Collect the best of the jokes, sayings and quotes from the bulletin board that everyone has contributed over the year. Then, publish them in a yearbook or as part of an annual Christmas booklet or document.

What a great fun way to put together a bit of light reading for everyone. It will quickly become the most read document of all and the most shared with other people.
