TO COIN A PHRASE AND A REAL TREASURE
Give each of your volunteers a gold coin and attach a small card with the words “you are a real treasure to us thanks for all your volunteer work”.
A POWERFUL VOLUNTEER RECOGNITION PACKET
Here’s another idea. Buy a range of different seed packets. Then add a small card for your volunteers with the words “thanks for planting the seeds of our success through your volunteering efforts”.
The possibilities of taking small volunteer recognition gifts and adding wonderful recognition words are endless.
