GENERATING PUBLICITY IN YOUR VOLUNTEER RECRUITMENT

Don’t be backward in coming forward! Nominate your organization and volunteers for any relevant awards. Don’t confine yourself to just volunteer based awards – think outside of the box.

Many groups are too modest about the value of what they do. Realize that awards are also a publicity opportunity that can assist in your recruitment efforts. It is great publicity about your volunteering program.
