TAKING THE IDEA FURTHER AS VOLUNTEER MANAGERS

So how about this for taking the idea further from Carrie in the USA?

Hi Judy,

I work for a Therapeutic Riding Center in Colorado, USA. Some of my volunteers took it upon themselves to create a club of sorts. They realized that they were missing out on relationships with more people because they were volunteering on different days.

NOT SO OLD GRAY MARES CLUB

So they formed the “Not so old Gray Mares” club. They meet monthly and socialize while talking about ways that they can support the Volunteer Program.

AND THERE IS MORE FOR THIS

They have organized going away parties for me, a very special “Bubbles Appreciation Day” for our clients and help with celebration of birthday’s etc. I just thought I would share this spin on what you have recommended.
