Here’s another idea for you to consider on Volunteer Recognition and appreciation of your volunteers for the great work they do.

Following on from the previous suggestions about Volunteer Recognition Cards, here is an idea for your Volunteer Recognition and Appreciation events. Yes I’ve explained this idea before but here’s a reminder because it really, really works.

VOLUNTEER RECOGNITION EVENTS

So let us have a look in your volunteer box of tricks. If you have a thank-you event for your volunteers such as International Volunteer Day, Christmas Lunch, End of the Year event.

Or if you run orientation sessions or training sessions in your volunteer management role, then you may want to add this strategy and idea to become part of the event or session.
