ALL THE MUST DOS TOGETHER FOR YOU
Whatever type of volunteer recognition and reward program you have in place, there are 5 key components to making it an outstanding success. Recognition needs to be:
1. sincere and honest,
2. consistent and based on equality,
3. timely and specific,
4. continuous and frequent, and
5. most of all customized and personalized.
But next week I’m going to add one further idea that isn’t often done but is so very simple but really powerful.
