Volunteer management, volunteer recognition, volunteer recognition
Hi Everyone,
Again for all those involved in volunteer management, here is another productivity idea for you that can be very useful to undertake with those in managers, paid and volunteers. It is…
THE VERY EFFECTIVE PRODUCTIVITY MEETING FOR YOU
Ever regularly held a productivity meeting? I run these types of meetings all the time with departments, organizations and also other businesses both large and small. It requires skilled and objective facilitation to get the best out of the meeting. But you would be absolutely surprised at how many great ideas and strategies come out that really skyrocket everyone’s productivity. This idea will work when holding a meeting with your volunteers, with paid staff or others.
THE QUESTION TO BE ASKED
So consider holding a bi-annual Productivity Meeting and ask this question: “What would need to change in the office, group or organization in order for us to be more productive?” It will pay off handsomely for everyone as many of the great ideas are translated into action.
POWERFULLY PRODUCTIVE PROGRAM
For those joining me at the Powerfully Productive Program (now with only places available in SA) you will learn and then be able to share so many innovative ideas with everyone at the Productivity Meeting. Better still bring 6 or more people along and receive the group discount. All the details are at the link below…

Hi Judy
We do have one each year for everyone, and a couple each year for the staff themselves. They are always productive. Keep up the good work and creative ideas.

Hi Bruce,
Great work having a regular productivity meeting. Sometimes it is worth keeping in mind that an outside facilitator can often open up the opportunity for even more ideas.
Keep up the great work.

Judy
