Before starting to prepare a plan, you will need to put in the hard yards! It's a great opportunity to examine and evaluate everything you do. Undertake a SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats) analysis of your organization. Objectively examine your strengths and weaknesses, look at opportunities to improve and identify threats to continued effectiveness. If this evaluation takes some time, don't worry - it will prove to be the groundwork for success. RESEARCH
