The young ones

Are you considering targeting young people? Do you know where to start? The Institute for Volunteering Research in the United Kingdom has some answers. They use the acronym "flexivol" to summarize their research on what young people want from volunteering.  Flexibility, legitimacy (in terms of significance and positive image), ease of access, experience (for personal and career development), incentives (a reference and out-of-pocket expenses), variety, good organization and some laughs!  REACH
